Fonts
All font sales are final. We do not offer refunds on font purchases.
That said, we stand behind our fonts. If you’re experiencing technical issues — problems installing, rendering, or using a font you purchased — contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll work through it with you. We typically respond within 24 hours.

Merch (Print on Demand)
Merch produced and fulfilled on demand: Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement at no charge.
If you’re genuinely unhappy with your order for any other reason, reach out and we’ll work something out. We’d rather make it right than leave you with something you don’t want.

Digital Tools (Procreate brushes, drawing templates, etc.)
Digital tool purchases are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at monstersoftype.com/contact with your order number and reason for the request and we’ll process your refund.
Physical Tools (Drawletterthing and similar)
Physical tools can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned before a refund or exchange is issued. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Store Credit
In some cases we may offer store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credit does not expire.
